We at Gatehouse manage a range of privately owned apartments located in optimally situated buildings in the central Auckland CBD. The furnished apartments we manage are ready to live in, include linen, glassware, cutlery and crockery, and are serviced weekly. We handle of all aspects of operating your investment as a serviced apartment.

The guests who use our service are corporate and leisure travellers both domestic and international. Generally our clients stay in an apartment because they prefer something larger than hotel style accommodation, and often enjoy residing away from the hotel "bustle". We attract a mix of short and long term stays. Owners can stay in the apartment themselves for any length they specify.

We establish a detailed annual financial budget with you before you commit to us. This will greatly assist you in deciding if your investment is suitable for operation as a serviced apartment. We have a large group of corporate clients we have preferred Supplier status with leading to a high occupancy yielding a good return on your investment.

Why would you consider furnishing your apartment and operating it as a serviced apartment? The following are some reasons that may suit your particular needs.
• Although occupancy levels are on average lower, the weekly rent will be much higher than if let unfurnished.
