Gatehouse Management's expertise, developed over a number of years, is in the tenanting and professional management of residential properties both for owners moving out of town or investor owners.

Gatehouse Management specialises in personal service to a select number of property owners requiring a residential property management expert. Our services ensure no more anxiety for owners or placing the burden of management on friends or relatives. 

We do not sell properties, but solely focus on providing quality residential property management. We work for the owner only, therefore there is no conflict of interest in the way we both tenant and manage properties.

Our sister company, Quinovic has developed and continues to develop the leading edge computer-based property management system tools, including internet connectivity for clients to their property records in the near future enabling the most professional and focussed services, accuracy of information and reliability.  Gatehouse Management uses this same software.

Our system of management properly manages the "process" aspects of the business, enabling our staff to be free and focussed to manage that most important aspect of property and tenancy management - the people aspect.
